I founded CPM Schedule Solutions in 2018 because I believe quality construction schedules are the most powerful tool for projects to run smoothly and finish on time.
Over my career, I've supported more than $8.3B in complex, mission-critical construction for U.S. agencies worldwide. As a former military spouse, I'm honored to support our Soldiers, Airmen, Sailors, and Marines, and the families who depend on the facilities we help deliver.

Sean Mahar

Sean leads our construction management division, guiding government teams through collaborative delivery from planning through closeout. He led the cost reconciliation and firm fixed price negotiations on an IDaC Mega Project using a first-of-its-kind collaborative approach, and he directs our change management and claims resolution work on the owner's side. Sean brings hands-on experience with both IDaC and integrated design-bid-build delivery.

Nick leads our cost and risk practice, helping government teams see risk early and negotiate from a position of strength. He directs our risk register programs, brings owners, contractors, and stakeholders to the same table to resolve issues, and oversees our independent government estimates and fair and reasonable pricing reviews. Nick is also CPM-SS's main point of contact for business development.
